Its extremely low weight reduces the overall moving mass of the piston assembly, cutting mechanical stress and improving cycle smoothness. The conical striking face ensures the ventilation ports remain unobstructed by the cylinder head rubber, preventing vacuum effect without leaving excess dead air.
