The replica of the CM16 Raider L 2.0 rifle from G & G was made as part of the Combat Machine project, whose assumption is to provide high-quality replicas at a price that can be considered economical. Combat Machine replicas are characterized by the highest quality of workmanship and culture of work and high quality of materials used by G & G. The main factor allowing to lower the price is the use of a body made of high-quality glass fibre reinforced plastic instead of metal.
Made of plastic, the body, pistol grip, MLOK system rail and the outlet device. The metal was made with an external barrel, a stock guide, hooks and most of the small elements.
The replica is ideally suited for medium-range operations, due to the muzzle velocity of ~ 350 FPS. The applied ridge RIS rail allows the attachment of any optical sight device, while the telescopic, rechargeable stock allows the replica to adapt to the individual preferences of the user. The set includes a set of foldable, mechanical flip-up sights.
In addition to the high-quality parts typical of G & G, GB has an innovative ETU (Electronic Trigger Unit) system installed. The system completely replaces the contact block and acts as MOSFET type circuits. Thanks to an electronic operation of the trigger, the system gained excellent response to the trigger. Each time the trigger is pulled, a full GB cycle is performed.
The ETU system has the ability to program fire modes. The user basically has access to SAFE – SEMI modes – and to select FULL AUTO or a 3 blasting series. Programming is very easy – just set the selector in the SEMI position and keep the trigger pressed for 10 seconds. After this procedure, the selected mode will be activated on the third selector switch.
The set does not contain a battery or a charger.
The set includes:
