FPS’ patented ZERO‑SHOCK system absorbs and reduces the mechanical stress normally transferred from the rack to the piston body, making the assembly significantly more resistant and reliable than traditional designs. The reinforced rack is produced using MIM (Metal Injection Molding) technology, delivering exceptional dimensional precision and strength comparable to solid‑machined components.

The rack features the second tooth removed and the third tooth pre‑lowered, optimising the piston for correct AOE (Angle of Engagement) and making it ideal for high‑speed builds.
