- During the STANDARD SERVICE – Maintenance & Reliability Check, any issues that can be safely and immediately corrected within the scope of the service will be fixed as part of the standard procedure.
- If additional labour, replacement parts, or more extensive work is required, the customer will be contacted in advance with a clear explanation and an estimated cost.
- No extra work will be carried out without prior approval.
