Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are handled Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Processing begins once payment is confirmed—some methods may take longer to clear. All delivery time-frames stated are estimated and may be subject to change. Please note, for International deliveries, local import duties and charges may apply.
Standard delivery time is 1-2 working days.
In cases of order issues or delays, you’ll be contacted by phone or email. A confirmation email will be sent with your full order details.
Store Pickup Orders can be collected at the Collection Address once payment is confirmed and arrangements are made. No collections will be released without prior notice.
Delivery Restrictions To minimize fraud, deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes or parcel forwarding services like Parcel Motel. Alternate delivery options will be arranged if necessary.
Returns Policy
As an EU consumer, you have up to 14 days from the day after you receive your order to cancel.
You can cancel your contract for the sale of goods from us using our cancellation form, or alternatively by contacting our Customer Services team by phone or email.
- You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods and they must be returned within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The product has to be in perfect condition (replicas can not be used in the fields or shooting range) and packed like customer get from www.outdoorzone.ie.
- If you cancel your order we will reimburse you within 14 days from when we receive the goods back or when we receive proof you have sent the goods back (whichever is earlier).
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, without the costs of delivery. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any ‘diminished value’ of goods e.g. worn clothing.
- We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed.

WARRANTY
The warranty for all replicas is 6 months from the date of purchase. Buyer is obligated to cover shipping cost to the outdoor zone. Seller covers shipping cost fixed/exchanged product to the customer.
Warranty Conditions Before repair or replacement is approved, items must be inspected by an experienced technician. This ensures proper assessment based on condition, usage, and reported issues.
What’s Not Covered Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unsuitable accessories (like improper BBs). Physical wear, user-related faults, and lack of maintenance are also not covered.
