The FPS TPAA Air Brake Piston Head is a lightweight, high‑efficiency upgrade engineered to boost air seal, reduce gearbox noise and improve long‑term reliability in any Marui‑spec AEG. Made from CNC‑machined POM for precision and durability, this piston head is designed for players who want smoother cycling and tighter FPS consistency.

The front ventilation ports expand the O‑ring during each shot, ensuring that all air inside the cylinder is pushed forward to propel the BB — maximising efficiency and stabilising FPS. The double O‑ring setup further enhances sealing performance, especially in upgraded builds.

The integrated ball‑bearing system reduces spring tension during compression and release, helping maintain spring health and improving gearbox smoothness. When paired with a ball‑bearing spring guide, it forms an optimal low‑stress setup.

A key feature of the TPAA is its adjustable AOE system, allowing you to fine‑tune piston length by 1, 2, 3 or 4 mm, or run it without shims. Perfect AOE dramatically improves gearbox reliability and reduces impact stress.
